- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was unable to drive following surgery and so I tried for a friend to collect my prescriptions from a different branch of Day Lewis to the one I usually use. Even though I explained my predicament to BOTH branches, the staff were unbelievable unhelpful and unpleasant and, in the end, my son was forced to do a 20 mile round trip to collect, and deliver, my medication. Both branches are situated in small market towns, where traders are complaining that local people are not supporting local businesses.
