  Barbara is dedicated selfless woman who wants only the good of the animals. She actively and personally rescues animals anytime, even in the night, setting traps she doesn't have qualified officers like the RSPCA dedicated to do this job but the love and humanity she bestow to the animals in her care is amazing. When enquiring in order to adopt a cat she will be asking pertinent questions because it is her duty to make sure the people who want to adopt a pet are the right ones for the pet, example if you stay out all day you can't possible adopt a kitten, but it would be more suitable an older cat who is used to be left alone, kittens until they are older are very demanding, I know it because I just adopted 2 kittens from Barbara one year ago, they are now grown up and seriously cute, the fact that she is just matter of fact extremely busy it DOESN'T MEAN she is rude, that is a place at the moment there be a very impressive number of cats, and cats need feeding, cleaning, taken to the vet, vaccinate and neutered, there are also volunteers dedicated to the care of the animals, she works every day included week ends,and this animals are needy and from from a hard background, therefore this is my thought only: I think she has not time to play around and take care of visitors whims and whines, I don't like to write reviews but I had to give an answer to that person who left a review.
