  Firstly be prepared to wait a week before you are able to even get through to reception to book an appointment. When I finally manage to get through to book an appointment and ask them to look at available appointments during the week they ask me to call back tomorrow for the availability for tomorrow, is this a joke? The receptionists at the desk are very rude and abrupt. There is a machine you can use to sign in to your appointment, however you can be waiting all day before you find out whether you should be waiting upstairs or downstairs. I firstly I thought maybe the surgery is over populated but while I am waiting I cant help but notice how long the phone rings before it is answered. If they are understaffed when don't they just take on two people who can just deal with answering the phones. The icing on the cake is if you are a minute late for you appointment it gets cancelled, regardless of the fact that you can be on time and be waiting for 15 minutes before you actually see someone. I don't know who runs this practice but they really need to look at managing it better, its appalling.
